Chad Libraty, DDS
Dr. Libraty is known for his gentle touch, clear communication, and using the most up to date technology for predictable and comfortable dentistry. Dr. Libraty feels as if he was put on the planet to be a dentist due to his own full mouth dental transformation. He was born missing 9 teeth and got his first smile makeover at the age of 14. He has experienced every procedure as the patient and cares deeply that his patients have a healthy and beautiful smile. His smile changed his life and he is excited to help his patients have a healthy smile for a lifetime!
Dr. Libraty graduated from one of the top 3 dental schools in the country, the University of Maryland in 2014. He continued advancing his education with a residency in NYC, where he received specialty training in implant therapy and smile reconstruction using the latest technology in the field. He is in training to become a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He practiced in Manhattan for 4 years before he moved to Vermont in 2017.
Dr. Libraty, his wife Valerie, three year old daughter and newborn son enjoy living in the beautiful city of Burlington, VT.

Katia Strong, DMD
Dr. Ekaterina (Katia) Strong specializes in chronic dental issues and utilizes a holistic, less-is-more approach with her patients. An advocate of oral health as an integral part of overall well-being, she considers patients’ nutrition and lifestyle habits along with other health conditions when developing their dental treatment and care plans. In doing so, Dr. Strong is often able to “connect the dots” and improve both their mouth and whole-body health. With a particular interest in toxicology and naturopathic medicine, Dr. Strong is a materials-conscious practitioner additionally certified in the safe removal and replacement of mercury fillings.
An avid photographer, outdoor enthusiast, and self-described nerd, Dr. Strong strives to make sure her patients feel welcomed, heard, and treated in a safe, judgment-free space.
Dr. Strong, DMD, NMD, IBDM is a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Board of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry.

Olivia Trombley, DMD
Dr. Olivia Trombley is a general dentist with advanced training in IV sedation, dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and complex surgical care. She brings a calm, personalized approach to every appointment — especially for patients who experience dental anxiety or have been putting off treatment for years.
Dr. Trombley earned her dental degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at a hospital-affiliated community health center in South Carolina, where she gained deep experience treating medically complex patients with a focus on surgical dentistry and IV sedation. She is ACLS and CPR certified and approaches sedation with an unwavering commitment to patient safety and comfort.
Before dental school, Dr. Trombley competed as a Division I varsity soccer athlete at Michigan State University and went on to win an NCAA National Championship at Grand Valley State University — a testament to the dedication and teamwork she brings to patient care every day. She also completed a minor in Spanish and is proud to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking patients, removing a barrier that too often exists in healthcare.
Her care philosophy is simple: she never treats a stranger. Every treatment plan is built around the individual — their goals, concerns, timeline, and budget — because great dentistry starts with truly listening.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Trombley was drawn to Vermont for the very thing that makes it special: the outdoors. You’ll find her hiking, running, climbing, biking, or skiing when she’s not in the office. She and her husband, August, share their home with their dog, Otto, and she also coaches youth soccer and tends to an ever-growing collection of houseplants.

Dr. Katy Carlisle
Dr. Katy Carlisle is a general dentist who believes dentistry is about more than treating teeth. It is about helping people feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their health. She is passionate about getting patients out of pain, helping them feel good about their smiles, and creating a dental experience where patients feel heard rather than judged.
Dr. Carlisle understands that many patients have had difficult dental experiences or have delayed care because of fear, anxiety, or past experiences. Her goal is to meet patients where they are, take the time to understand their concerns, and work together to create a plan that feels realistic and personalized.
Dr. Carlisle earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she served in leadership roles including Curriculum Chair and Vice President of the Pride Dental Association. She continued her training through a hospital-based General Practice Residency at Denver Health, a Level I Trauma Center, where she gained advanced experience treating medically complex patients and providing comprehensive care, including surgical dentistry, endodontics, trauma management, and restorative treatment.
She enjoys continuing education and expanding her skills so she can provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while staying focused on what matters most: each individual patient’s goals and comfort.
Originally from Texas, Dr. Carlisle was drawn to Vermont for its welcoming community and outdoor lifestyle. Outside the office, she enjoys photography, exploring new places, learning new skills, and spending time with her dog, Oki.
Dr. Carlisle is excited to join Integrative Dental Care and looks forward to getting to know her patients and being part of their dental journey.
